Advantages of Group tickets

1. Can accommodate a large group:  While purchases using discount codes are usually limited to 8-14 tickets at time, group tickets can be purchased at any number (as long as there are seats in the theater…)
2. Can be purchased far in advance: Group tickets can be usually purchased six months in advance. Some "hot" shows will sell tickets up to one year in advance. In contrast discount codes are published about 6-8 weeks in advance.
3. Are available for shows which don’t offer discount codes: Even shows in demand, which do not offer discounts, will offer group tickets.
4. Available for every performance of the week (Saturday performance will usually not be discounted)
5. Can be combined with cast post-show discussions, pre- or post-show dinner, transportation, and other attractions.
6. Discount in the range of 10-40%
7. Special Student group prices offered by some shows, to cultivate the next generation of theater goers.
8. New shows will offer Group tickets before they open sales to the public.

Comparing Group Pricing with Discount Code offers
Discount Code offers mostly present better prices - up to 50% discount. However you are limited by the number of tickets you can buy in one order (usually no more than 8-14 tickets).  Group sales start at 10-20 tickets depending on the show.  As a result there is a range around 10-25 tickets where you could go either way: buy two orders of Discount Codes offers, or go with Group tickets.  The whole group may not sit in the same row, but you may save some money. It is up to you to decide.

The Group ordering process:
   
    1. Fill out the Group Request Form.
    2. The box office is contacted to find out availability.
    3. You will get a detailed offer detailing tickets, and payment terms, by email or phone.
    4. Payment is expected by due date or the order is automatically cancelled.
    5. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Terms of sale apply.
    6. All group orders are handled during business hours Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm.

Note: If a performance is cancelled you are entitled for a full refund. You may chose to get a refund, or an agent will help you find another show. Price and location may not be the same.
